Each ticket includes two bingo cards (one for each game during the evening). Additional bingo cards can be purchased now for $5/each, or at the event for $10/each.


Each Bingo game will have a prize valued over $300 and you'll have a chance to win other prizes during the 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and Heads or Tails! Be ready to sing, dance and support our students and teachers!

All money raised directly supports our students through school enrichment programs, social events, and social service activities.

A good time to be had by all!

There will be 2 rounds of musical bingo with contests and games in between.

  • What is musical bingo?

    It's Bingo with a concert feeling, non-stop energy, and a splash of piano bar fun! It uses the best songs of all-time instead of numbers to play the game. There will also be contests and many opportunities to win prizes!

  • What can I expect from the evening?

    First of all, lots of fun! There will be appetizers/desserts, and a cash bar available all night. 


    We will play two musical bingo games with prizes valued over $300, with an additional chances to win prizes during the 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and Heads or Tails game. Additional bingo cards will be available for purchase to increase your chances to win!

  • What does the ticket cost cover?

    With each ticket, you'll get two bingo cards (one for each game), appetizers, and dessert.


    Additional bingo cards are available for $5 before the event or $10 the night of. There will also be a cash bar (which accepts credit cards). 

  • Do I need to bring cash?

    Credit cards and cash will be accepted for all items at the event.


    Your ticket covers food and two bingo cards (one for each game), but other items will be avialable for purchase.

  • What does this fundraiser support?

    Curious about where the money goes? We get this question a lot, and it's a good one. The Blanchard PTF will fund $15,000+ in enrichment-based grants this year. Grants funded in the past have included yoga classes, nature teachers for Outdoor Learning Day, Field Day entertainment, an archaeological dig, and so much more! We can't wait to see what impact you'll make this year! 

  • Is there a way for me to help?

    We are accepting in-kind and monetary donations.

Interested in supporting this year's fundraiser?

We are looking for individuals or businesses to donate! This adult fundraiser is one of the primary funding sources for the $15,000 of grants we support over the course of the school year.

Do you have concert or sports tickets? Local gift cards? Sports memorabilia? We need these types of items for prizes or auction items.
