When and where is the event?

On Friday, November 15th, 2019 at Shaker Hills Country Club in Harvard, MA. Doors open at 6:30pm. Event runs 7:00 - 10:00pm. 

Is there an event theme (i.e., do I have to dress up)?

This year's theme is the 1920s. Dress to your comfort level. Those who wish to dress to theme are welcome to do so, but costumes are not an expectation. You can feel comfortable choosing flapper attire, adding a fedora to your ensemble, or wearing your favorite jeans! We always expect (and welcome) a mixture of choices! 

How do I buy tickets?

Click here to purchase your advance tickets are $35, or 2 for $60. Securing your tickets early also allows you to create a bidder profile, follow and favorite items, and securely save credit card information for seamless check out. 

Does my ticket cover food and drinks?

A Buffett dinner, stationary and passed appetizers will be served during the event, along with dessert to wrap up the evening. A cash bar will be open throughout the event. 

This sounds fun, but why are we raising money again?

Curious about where the money goes? We get this question a lot, and it's a good one. The Blanchard PTF funded over $20,000 last year in enrichment-based grants. Last year, that meant yoga in kindergarten, nature teachers for Outdoor Learning Day, Field Day entertainment, a 6th grade archaeological dig, and so much more! We can't wait to see what impact you'll make this year! 

What's the timeline of events?

Doors open at 6:30pm. Details for timing of the silent auction and games will be posted soon. 

What is the Wine Pull?

The wine pull allows you a no-risk opportunity to walk home with a great item. We have numerous bottles of wine and beer. For $25, you buy a 'pull'. Match the number you pull with a bottle on the shelf to see what your bottle is!

What is Heads or Tails? 

Heads or Tails is a fun game of flip-of-the-coin luck. For $25, you can participate! The emcee will flip a coin - you call heads or tails. The last participant standing wins a prize! We will announce the prize soon, but last years was a one-night stay at the Long Wharf Hotel in Boston! Game  fees are collected at the event. 

Do I need to bring cash to the event?

We're equipped with credit card readers for all auction purchases and the wine pull. For your convenience, we can swipe your preferred card at the beginning of the night so you can enjoy a seamless checkout for any auction items won.
